Проектний менеджмент в екології

Мета: формування у здобувачів належних теоретичних знань та практичних умінь і навичок застосування інструментарію розробки та реалізації екологічних проєктів для досягнення ефективного функціонування й розвитку природоохоронної діяльності.
Завдання:
-    освоєння теоретичних основ формування і реалізації проєктів, вивчення особливостей забезпечення життєздатності циклу проєктів в умовах внутрішньої і зовнішньої конкуренції;
-    оволодіння практичними інструментами розробки і реалізації екологічних проєктів;
-    уміння визначати критичні точки проекту, визначати ризик на кожній стадії проекту з метою ефективного виконання проекту.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The purpose of the internship course is the formation in future professionals of

professional competence (knowledge, skills) on the use of a universal tool for developing

and implementing projects to achieve effective functioning and development of

enterprises.

The objectives of the internship course are the formation of a complex of knowledge

and skills about methods, techniques and tools for project management, the formation of

future specialists a certain worldview regarding independent practical activity for

mastering the basic rules and requirements for organizing effective financial and economic

work, taking into account the legislative base of Ukraine.

As a result of studying the internship course, the trainee must:

know:

- the main principles of projects, taking into account legal, financial, economic and

technical and technological requirements and opportunities;

- Requirements and conditions for the selection of contractors on a competitive basis;

- the need and organization of information support for control over the project

development processes and its implementation;

- features of preparation and conclusion of contracts for material and technical support

of projects;

be able to:

- carry out the financial and technical justification of the projects;

- evaluate the effectiveness of the project, taking into account the risk factors and

uncertainties of the future;

- to develop the budget and budget of projects taking into account the sources of

financing;

- to carry out searches for optimal projects under various criteria for variational design

conditions;

- effectively monitor the progress of project implementation and manage possible

process changes.
